You can see a New Work concept that is based on a sharing model. The concept includes 37 workstations with 2 studio offices.
There are so many functional alternative options for the 37 workstations that a 0.5 sharing would be possible without any problems. This means the area would provide space for 64 employees. This is only possible thanks to the extremely efficient building cubature.
Basically, you will find many alternative rooms here such as workshop areas, meeting rooms and tea kitchens. This concept can be duplicated across the entire building using the same building typologies.

You can see a New Work concept in a multi-tenant version, which is based on a sharing model.
A total of 55 workplaces are depicted within the concept. These are divided into two rental units. Both concepts are designed for a moderate sharing model.
In the concept, the dark areas in the transitional situations of the rental units have been made functional with a lounge and community area.
Basically, both are based on the concept of loud and quiet zones. Which are characterized by classic workstation islands and more functional modules.
